Delivery Information

You will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you would like us to re send your order we will regrettably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.

While you are receiving your parcel from Courier Service/Post Office Please check the parcel, if the seal is broken or box is damaged.

In case if the box is damaged or seal is broken, file a compliant to respective postal/courier service and let us know as early as possible.

We will try to deliver the goods within 30 days. Usually items will be delivered sooner. If we are not able to do so, then we will inform you and you may, if you wish, cancel the contract and we will fully reimburse you.
